khelo Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and khelo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the khelo website located at khelo.vu, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services made available through that website. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Platform. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or accepting any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

khelo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any associated mobile verification codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as having been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, you must notify khelo immediately by contacting customer support. khelo will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to notify us in a timely manner.

You must not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment or decision-making capacity. khelo is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of impaired play, and we will not reverse bets or refund deposits on the basis that a player was not in a state to make sound decisions at the time.

khelo reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct detrimental to the Platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, balances may be forfeited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

khelo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. You must not use a payment account belonging to a third party. Where a mismatch between the account holder and the payment source is identified, khelo reserves the right to hold the deposit pending identity verification and to refuse withdrawal of those funds until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. khelo aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. khelo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or by incomplete verification on the player's account.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). khelo does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of the request. khelo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

khelo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the player.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

khelo may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Where a general bonus policy applies and no specific terms override it: bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied. The rollover requirement and eligible games for clearing a particular bonus are specified in the individual offer terms.

khelo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively working to meet wagering requirements will not have those requirements changed mid-way. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or by exploiting system errors are void and will be forfeited. khelo may claw back any winnings generated from bonuses obtained fraudulently.

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player. Participating in bonus promotions on behalf of another person is prohibited. khelo reserves the right to limit, refuse, or revoke bonus eligibility for any player where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse or pattern betting designed to reduce risk artificially.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the khelo Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. khelo accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with the rules of a particular game.

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes in a real-time studio environment. The RNG systems used by our studio partners are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. khelo does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — game results are determined entirely by the software or live dealer action, not by the Platform.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active game round, the round may be declared void and any stake placed for that round will be returned to the player's account. khelo will not honour payouts on game rounds that ended due to a technical error producing an incorrect result. All decisions made by khelo in relation to game malfunctions are final and binding.

All content on the khelo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of khelo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of khelo.

The khelo name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of khelo. You must not use any such marks without the prior written permission of khelo. All other trademarks referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khelo shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if khelo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

khelo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit khelo's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Amendments, Termination and Governing Law

khelo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part of it at any time and for any reason without liability to you. We may also terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or a competent authority, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continued access is not in the best interests of the Platform or its player community. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of termination for cause (breach, fraud) may be forfeited. Termination for reasons outside your control will result in the return of any genuine balance after deducting any applicable bonus funds.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
